First of all , open the location where the file is located.
First of all , open the location where the file is located.
To change the extension of that file you need to rename it with a new extension name.
You may notice that the file does not have an extension , that's because Windows is set to hide extension names and without seeing the extension name we can not change the file extension.
If you can already see the extension then skip this step.
If you can't see the file extension, go to view > Folder and Search Options, then click the View tab. and then Uncheck the box titled "Hide extensions for known file types" like so:
Click OK and you would be able to see the extension of that file.
Right-click the file name and select Rename.
Enter the new extension just after the old extension.
File.apk = File.apk.zip
After entering the new extension, press Enter. Windows will give you a warning that the file may not work properly. Just press okay and you are done.
On the off change, If you do not have permission to change the file extension, then you have to login as Administrator and then you can do it easily.
